Two Candidates Aim For Clarkstown Board Of Ed Seats NEW CITY, N.Y. -- Two members of the Clarkstown community, Zizette Deutsch and Walter Litvak, will run for the two open Clarkstown Board of Education seats on Tuesday, May 17, according to an announcement The BOE candidates are Zizette Deutsch and Walter Litvak. The seats carry a a three-year term beginning July 1. The PTA Council will be hosting a candidates forum in the coming weeks to provide more information.

138 Harrison HS Students Make Foreign Language Honor Society HARRISON, N.Y. -- One hundred and thirty-eight students at Harrison High School students were inducted into the National Foreign Language Honor Society April 14.Students in Harrison have the option to learn Spanish, French or Italian beginning in the sixth grade and continuing through 12th grade.  Latin may be added to the curriculum at the High School level.
