Teens Learn Fashion Design In Somers Library Workshop SOMERS, N.Y. -- A Teen Fashion Workshop is offered Fridays March 4 to May 13 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Somers Library in Katonah.The class is for teens in grades 6 and up. There is a minimal supply list for the class and registration is required. Participants must bring the following:  lots of fashion magazines to use for collages. Stamford Man Charged With Stalking Waitress STAMFORD, Conn. -- A city man was charged with stalking and harassing a 17-year-old waitress, according to the Stamford Advocate. The accused, Victor Obregon, 43, reportedly has a tattoo of the girl's name, reported the Stamford Advocate.
