Ossining Police Assist In Filming Of Nbc-tv's 'Law & Order: SVU' OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining police officers were assigned to the set of a "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" episode production in the village on Tuesday night. They participated in filming of the television show at the riverfront and used Marine 1, the Ossining Police Boat as a prop.  The episode is set to air on or around Feb. 8. The show, which airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC-TV, is about detectives of the NYPD's Special Victims Unit that investigate crimes against the vulnerable.
