NY Attorney General Investigates Nypd Shooting In Saw Mill Parkway Chase YONKERS, N.Y. -- Attorney General Eric Schneiderman will reportedly conduct an investigation of the Tuesday fatal shooting by a New York City police officer on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers of a suspect who was unarmed following a car chase and wrong-way collision, according to lohud.com.Gov. Speaker Discusses Job Teaching Refugees With Bronxville Students BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- A visiting speaker who taught English to refugee children in the Middle East talked to middle-schoolers at The Chapel School in Bronxville about her experiences during a Dec. 2 assembly.The woman can speak three languages and has visited 29 countries. Man Charged With DWI After Failing To Maintain Route 22 Lane DOVER, N.Y. -- Police charged a Dover man with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 22 on Tuesday, according to New York state police. Police stopped Gregg C. Graham, 48, on Route 22 for allegedly failing to maintain his designated lane of travel, they said. Graham failed subsequent standardized field sobriety testing and was placed under arrest, police said. Graham gave a positive breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, according to police.
