Man Charged With DWI After Failing To Maintain Route 22 Lane DOVER, N.Y. -- Police charged a Dover man with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 22 on Tuesday, according to New York state police. Police stopped Gregg C. Graham, 48, on Route 22 for allegedly failing to maintain his designated lane of travel, they said. Graham failed subsequent standardized field sobriety testing and was placed under arrest, police said. Graham gave a positive breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, according to police.
