Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Real Estate Heir Robert Durst Sentenced For Execution-Style Murder Of Friend Robert Durst, the nationally-known New York real estate heir, has been sentenced for the execution-style murder of a close confidante more than two decades ago. Susan Berman, who was found dead inside her Beverly Hills home in Los Angeles, helped him cover up the disappearance of his wife, Kathie, in Northern Westchester County in 1982, in the hamlet of South Salem in the Town of Lewisboro. ID Released For Person Killed In DWI Long Island Crash A man killed in a Long Island crash involving a drunk driver has been identified by police. Port Jefferson Station resident Jason Hank, age 24, was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla northbound on Route 112, approximately 1,000 feet south of Pine Road in Coram when he struck a man shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12, Suffolk County Police said. Suspect At Large After Long Island Bank Robbery Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at a Long Island bank. A man entered Chase Bank, located in Copiague at 895 Merrick Road, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, and handed a teller a note demanding cash, Suffolk County Police said. NY Man Accused Of Keeping Exotic Animals In Unsafe Conditions A man has been accused of keeping a sloth and a wallaby in unsafe and unsatisfactory conditions in his New York home.
