Former Briarcliff Teacher Charged After Contacting Student Daniel Lavelle, who previously taught social studies at Briarcliff High School was arrested and charged Wednesday night with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, according to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
