Man Charged After Threatening Victim With Pistol In Yorktown, Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 21-year-old Ossining man was arrested and charged after Yorktown police say he displayed and pointed a pistol at another person. Jorge Andres Caranugi was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, after the incident, which occurred on Friday, April 28, police said. Caranugi was arraigned and released on $250 bail and is due back in court on May 16.

Dutchess County's first Chipotle is set to open this summer in Fishkill at the Hudson Valley Town Center at 18 Westage Drive. A Five Guys Burgers and Fries is also being built on the site. Construction on the 4600 building that will house the 2300 square foot restaurant is complete. Sunrise Development presented their plans for 70 Bedford Road in the Old Village at the April 24 Village Board meeting. The development would be a three-story building with 79 units and 90 residents.
