On Tuesday, police conducted a distracted driving detail at the intersection of routes 202/35/118. Yorktown Man, 23, Pulled Over For Loud Muffler Charged With Felony DWI YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was charged with felony DWI after police pulled him over for having a loud muffler and speeding Sunday. Christopher Walker, 23, was charged with a felony because he had a previous conviction in the last 10 years. He was also charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .18, a felony.  Walker was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Yorktown Town Court on May 9.

Mahopac Man Uses Vehicle Without Interlock Device, Yorktown Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Mahopac man was charged with multiple traffic violations, including operating his vehicle without an interlock device, after a car accident on Route 35 Friday. August Joseph Wines, 42, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle without an interlock device, a misdemeanor, refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test, speeding, not wearing a seatbelt and driving on the shoulder, all violations. Following the accident, Wines was transferred to Westchester Medical Center, where he was arrested and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on May 11.

Bogan's goal is to debunk myths and cover topics like why coyotes live here, are they solitary or travel in packs and what the current coyote population is.
