Man Charged With Allegedly Exposing Himself To Woman At Area Library COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- Benjamin Thompon, a 36-year-old Highland Falls resident, was arrested and charged Thursday night with public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to a woman at the Butterfield Library on Monday. Thompson was arrested following a joint investigation by the Cold Spring Police Department and Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Police said they circulated photographs and received tips on social media to help arrest Thompson.
