Man Charged With Exposing Himself On Metro-North Train CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Alex Gonzalez, a 36-year-old Wappinger Falls resident, was arrested and charged with public lewdness on a Metro-North Hudson Line train Tuesday. Gonzalez was witnessed exposing himself and pleasuring himself on a train which was stopped at the Cortlandt Train Station, according to MTA spokesman Meredith Daniels.
