PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill Police announced Thursday night that Robert Reynolds, a 65-year-old Peekskill resident who went missing Thursday has been found. Police said he had been located safe. Police did not say where he was found. Reynolds went missing from the Westledge Nursing Home at 2000 Main St. at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Police Looking For Missing Westchester Man PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill Police are looking for Robert Reynolds, a 65-year-old man who has been missing from the Westledge Nursing Home at 2000 Main St. since 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Reynolds is a white male with a long grey beard and moustache, approximately 6’0” tall and 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and no shoes or socks.  Anyone who spots Reynolds is asked to call the Peekskill Police Department at 914-737-8000, or dial 911.

Verplanck Man Found Dead At King Marine VERPLANCK, N.Y. -- State Police are investigating after a 57-year-old Verplanck resident was found dead at King Marine in Verplanck on Wednesday. Robert Gardner was found dead in the water Wednesday evening, according to Trooper Melissa McMorris of the New York State Police.  McMorris said they have not classified his death and the incident is under investigation.

Motorcyclist Severs Leg In Route 9 Accident GARRISON, N.Y. -- An accident involving a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer on Route 9 late Tuesday afternoon severed a motorcyclists' leg, according to Philipstown.info. The motorcylist was taken by ambulance to the Garrison Volunteer Fire Company Station before being taken to a nearby hospital, according to Philipstown.info. Continental Village Fire Department and Putnam Fire Police also responded to the accident. Route 9 was closed for several hours while the Putnam County Sherriff's Department investigated the crash that occurred just before 6 p.m.

Joe Bagnato is the author of "Family Inspires Great Hope Together: - How We Fight", about his daughter Caitlyn's 10.5 month battle with stage four liver cancer.
