Norwalk Police Continue Distracted Driving Enforcement NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department will continue the “U DRIVE. U TEXT. U PAY.” initiative to crackdown on motorists who choose to text, talk or otherwise distract themselves from the task of driving by using phone. According to surveys conducted after last year’s crackdown, there was an 8 percent drop in phone use by drivers at observation locations throughout municipalities where police conducted enforcement, police said. Man Arrested On Assault Charge At Tod’s Driftway In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- An incident near Greenwich Point this past Sunday afternoon some time near 3 p.m. ended with an arrest and criminal charges, according to Greenwich Time.  Kayla Luke, 22, of Conschohocken Avenue in Philadelphia was charged with assault and breach of peace after several people at Tod’s Driftway picnic area witnessed him hit someone during an argument.
