Rockland County Executive Praises East Ramapo Schools' Oversight Bill EAST RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Rockland County Executive Ed Day praised on Friday the bipartisan agreement reached by state lawmakers to provide oversight of the East Ramapo school district. "It is not a cure and does not address all the injustices in East Ramapo," Day said.
