Foodies, Families Revel In Downtown New Rochelle Grand Market
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Grand Market began its season on Saturday, June11, offering hard ciders; French guinea fowl, meats, sausages and cheeses from farms and craft food makers in the Catskills. Featuring foods, entertainment and events for children and families, the Grand Market will take place each Saturday through Oct. 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Ruby Dee Park at the Library Green on Huguenot Street between Lawton Street and Memorial Highway.

Tuckahoe Library Presents Annual Poetry Contest Awards
TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- The Tuckahoe Library held its awards ceremony for the 39th Annual Tuckahoe Library Poetry Contest on June 6. The contest was open to students in grades four through eight attending Cottle, Anne Hutchinson, Greenvale, Eastchester Middle School, Tuckahoe Middle School and Immaculate Conception.

Simone Announces New Leases At Boyce Thompson Center In Yonkers
YONKERS, N.Y. -- Simone Development Companies announced signing five new leases totaling approximately 10,800 square of medical, restaurant and retail space at the Boyce Thompson Center, a new 85,000-square-foot mixed-use center under construction in Yonkers. Gastroenterology of Westchester LLC and Juvanni MedSpa and Anti-aging Center and Primary Medical Care have signed leases of 4,812 square feet and 1,840 square feet, respectively.
Taco Project Yonkers, an award-winning restaurant, signed a lease for 1,470 square feet.
Tompkins Mahopac Bank has leased 1,670 for a new branch location.
