Tarrytown Resident Patrick Coughlin Serves In Iraq TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Army 1st Lt. Patrick Coughlin, of Tarrytown, is serving in northern Iraq. Coughlin grew up in Tarrytown and attended Transfiguration School, then Regis High School in Manhattan. He graduated with a degree in international studies from Richmond University, where he was an Army ROTC cadet. After graduation, he was stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., with the 82nd Airborne Division.
