Jersey City Victim Trapped Under Car In Linden Dies, 57 A 57-year-old Jersey City man who was rescued by mechanics after becoming trapped underneath a car in Linden Wednesday has died, authorities announced days later. Michael Ohman Jr. was crossing the 700 block of E. Elizabeth Avenue when he was struck by a 2007 Kia SUV heading west around 9:50 a.m., Linden Police Lt. Christopher Guenther said. Federal Agent Hits Woman On Jersey City's Route 139, Report Says A woman crossing State Highway in Jersey City was struck by a federal agent Friday morning, news reports say. The woman was walking along the upper level of Route 139 at Baldwin Avenue when she was struck on the eastbound side around 8:10 a.m., NJ Advance Media says. She apparently suffered a serious head injury. The driver was a federal agent but it was not clear if he was on-duty at the time of the crash. US Marshals Capture Bayonne Man Wanted For Girl's Sex Assault In Puerto Rico, Prosecutor Says A former Bayonne resident wanted for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl was captured by members of the US Marshals Service in Puerto Rico, authorities said. Steven A. Partial Human Remains Found Near Brian Laundrie's Personal Belongings, FBI Confirms Investigators found what appeared to be partial human remains near personal items belonging to Brian Laundrie on Wednesday in a Florida park, the FBI confirmed. Philly Man, 62, Dead In Atlantic City Expressway Crash A 62-year-old Philadelphia man died when his pickup truck overturned on the Atlantic City Expressway Wednesday afternoon, New Jersey State Police said. Route 33 Reopens After Deadly Crash Route 33 has reopened after a deadly crash on Wednesday, authorities said. The westbound lanes were closed between Perrineville and Applegarth roads around 2 p.m. They had reopened as of 6 p.m. It was not clear how many people died and no further information was being released.
