Driver, 37, Killed In Jersey Shore Crash Day Before Thanksgiving A 37-year-old driver was killed in a Monmouth County crash this week, authorities said. The Long Branch man and lone occupant was found dead at the scene of the crash at Asbury Avenue and Shafto Road in Tinton Falls around 2 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, police said. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has any information that could assist the investigation are urged to call Cpl. Chilling Footage Shows Philly Parking Authority Worker Being Shot In Head Chilling footage of a Philadelphia Parking Authority worker being shot in the head is being shared widely on Twitter. The videos were posted Tuesday, Nov. 29 by PhillyCrimeUpdate and show the moments that the worker in his mid-30s was shot on the 4600 block of Frankford Avenue. The incident occurred in the afternoon hours of Friday, Nov. 25, leaving the worker in critical condition, NBC10 reports. Philadelphia police did not immediately respond to Daily Voice's request for comment.

Child, Adults From PA Dead In Thanksgiving Day Crash A child and two adults from Pennsylvania who were unbuckled died in a Thanksgiving Day crash in West Virginia, authorities said. An SUV heading south on Interstate 79 went off the road to the right and exited a ditch line, then came to a rest along the hillside around 6 a.m., the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office said. Nighat Syeda, 71, Hira Syeda, 33, and a child were pronounced dead. Two other children were hospitalized for treatment and are in serious condition. Norwalk Man Charged With Insurance Fraud Over $27K Diamond Ring A 44-year-old Connecticut man was arrested for filing a bogus insurance claim on a diamond ring valued at $27,000, authorities said. Fairfield County resident Duke Quarshie, of Norwalk, was issued a payment from Assurant Insurance Company in 2016 for a claim regarding the ring in New Jersey, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. NY Man Stole $138.6K Of Gas From Lancaster County Gas Station: Police A 28-year-old New York man was released on $25,000 unsecured bail after funneling more than $138,600 of diesel fuel from a Lancaster County gas station into his truck over the course of several months, authorities said.
