Nanuet Street Fair Will Feature Live Music, Almost 200 Vendors
NANUET, N.Y. -- The Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce will host its Third Annual Nanuet Street Fair on Sunday, June 5.
The fair will feature rides, entertainment, vendors, and old-fashioned games, such as egg and spoon relays and potato sack races, with participants competing against local officials, Rockland County Executive Ed Day and Clarkstown Town Supervisor George Hoehmann and their families.
The fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. will take place from Prospect Street to Stop & Shop.
Fair highlights:

Loud Maseratis Pulled Over By NYS Police In Patterson
PATTERSON, N.Y. -- New York State Police pulled around 30 luxury cars to the side early Saturday, May 28, on Route 22 in Patterson, a police spokesperson told lohud.com.The cars, mostly Maseratis and Bentleys, were pulled to the side around 10 a.m. following a complaint of loud engines and speeding, the report said.
Some of the cars were given traffic tickets, but the exact amount was not reported, according to lohud.com.
