Stratford EMS Saves Choking Victim In Cardiac Arrest STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stratford first responders aided a female in cardiac arrest Monday by removing a foreign body airway obstruction and performing CPR, according to Stratford EMS. Stratford Public Safety Dispatch received a 911 call for a choking. Pre-arrival instructions were given and first responders from the Stratford Fire Department were dispatched along with Stratford EMS. Upon arrival the SFD and SEM crew, EMT Ralph ARnone, EMT/FTO Beverly Hill, and FT Paramedic David Rodriquez, found a female patient unresponsive in cardiac arrest, according to Stratford EMS.
