Man Charged With DWI After Hitting Police Car On Sprain Brook Parkway MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- An Ossining man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he allegedly struck the rear of a police vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway, according to New York State Police. On Nov. 23, at approximately 8 p.m., troopers were performing traffic control following a crash that occurred on the parkway, police said.
